We had an error with our previous order and the customer support team graciously offered us a credit so we could reorder. We sent a better quality graphic and selected a semi-gloss finish instead of matte finish and it came out beautiful. Colors and graphics were crisp and it felt like a fine quality paper product.

Loved the paper - we went with "Felt White" and it had a really nice hand and was sturdy but still has delicate feel. The design tool is super intuitive and customer service is always great. We included text on the back with information on our website so it didn't clutter up the front.
