These Alzheimer's / Dementia cards were inspired by my mother-in-law, who has dementia. They read, "The person I'm with has Alzheimer's. Your patience and kindness is appreciated. Thank you." These are great for when you're at a restaurant, doctor's office, hospital, or any other public place.
